What to write about
Messages we are happy to receive:
- Corrections. If you spot an error in a code word, pronunciation, Morse pattern, IPA chart cell, or historical claim, please tell us — and where possible cite the official source we should reflect (ICAO Doc 9432, NATO STANAG 7085, FAA Order JO 7110.65, ITU-R, the IPA handbook, etc.).
- Source suggestions. If you can point to a primary document that would strengthen a page, send the link or citation.
- Accessibility issues. Screen-reader problems, contrast issues, keyboard-trap reports — these are taken seriously and prioritized.
- Privacy and data requests. Use this address for GDPR or CCPA / CPRA requests, or to ask what data we hold about you. See the privacy policy for context.
- Editorial questions. Use of content for training material, classroom handouts, study notes, and similar purposes.
What we can't help with
- Operational radio advice. We don't tell pilots, dispatchers, or service members what to say on a live frequency. Use your operator's manual, your training, and your supervisor.
- Homework solutions. The pages already cover the standard content; we can clarify a fact but won't write the answer for you.
- Paid placement. Sponsored content, paid links, and "guest posts" are declined. Editorial content is independent.
- SEO outreach. Generic link-exchange and "we noticed your site" emails are not replied to.
What to expect
For ordinary corrections, you'll typically get a reply within a week, and the page is updated shortly after. For privacy requests we aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If a message goes a few weeks without a reply, please feel free to send a polite follow-up — long emails sometimes get caught in filters.
By writing to us you agree to be replied to at the address you sent from. We don't add senders to any newsletter (we don't run one) and don't share your email with third parties.
